No ticket is needed to visit our Gift Store during opening hours—you’re welcome to pop in any time.

Due to alcohol regulations in Ireland, we are unable to sell alcohol in our shop or bar before 10:30am Monday to Saturday, or before 12:30pm on Sundays. But don’t worry—this doesn’t affect our tastings, which are available as part of your experience.

After booking online, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Simply present this (either on your phone or printed) when you arrive for your experience.

Yes, photography is encouraged in most areas of our venue. We love seeing guests share their Muff Liquor Company moments—be sure to tag us using #visitmuffliquor. However, we kindly ask that you refrain from video recording our experiences and respect other guests who may not wish to be photographed.

All of our experiences are currently delivered in English.

Children are permitted in our gift shop and on the tour, but we ask that they remain under adult supervision at all times. The legal age for drinking alcohol in Ireland is 18.

The Muff Liquor Company Experience operates a Challenge 25 policy—so if you’re lucky enough to look under 25, please bring valid ID. No ID, no booze—we’d hate to turn you away!

If you need to cancel or change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour may not be refundable. If you’re running late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee entry once the tour has begun.
